Reggie Bush

 

Running back Reggie Bush, who played the last two seasons with the Miami Dolphins, has agreed to an undisclosed contract with the Detroit Lions.

Bush just missed rushing for 1,000 yards in consecutive seasons, accumulating 986 yards in 2012, after rushing for a career-best 1,086 yards in 2011, his first year with the Dolphins.

The 28-year old Bush was the second-overall pick in the 2006 NFL Draft by the New Orleans Saints, where he spent the first five years of his career.

In his five years in New Orleans, Bush rushed for 4,162 yards, along with 29 touchdowns, while catching 372 passes, for 2,730 yards, and 15 touchdowns.

Over his two-year stint in Miami, Bush Bush rushed for 2,072 yards, with 12 touchdowns, along with 78 receptions, for 588 yards, and three touchdowns.

Overall, in his seven-year NFL career, Bush has rushed for 4,162 yards, with 29 touchdowns, along with 372 receptions, for 2,730 yards, and 15 touchdowns.
