Remington has issued a recall for their .887 shotguns produced between December 2013 and November 2014 because of potential slam-firing.

Glenn Fleming from Acadiana Gunworks in Scott said this is a "pretty serious recall" and to check out the Remington website to see if it affects you.

"Basically, what happens is...you fire it once, pump it back, and your firing pin remains out of the bolt...so when you load another shell, it goes off," Fleming said. "That's bad."

Fleming also discussed a new marriage between AR and AK rifles with the introduction of e new AR platform that takes AK-47 magazines and shoots 7.62 x 39 rounds.
