Report Ranks Louisiana Drivers As Worst In The Nation

Louisiana drivers are the worst in the nation. So says carinsurancecomparison.com. They've released a report ranking all 50 states on stats that include drunk-driving, not obeying traffic signals, fatalities and traffic tickets.  Other states considered to have the worst drivers are Florida, Missouri and Nevada.  Rhode Island is said to have the safest drivers.
