Retired Admiral Joins Entergy Board

Louisiana Utility company Entergy has elected a new member to its board of directors.

Retired Admiral Kirkland Donald will be a part of the company's nuclear and finance committees.  There are a total of eleven members that serve on the board.

Donald is a 1975 graduate of the Naval Academy, and he retired from the Navy earlier this year.  While serving in the Navy, he was the director of the naval nuclear propulsion program between 2004 and 2012.

Donald's current job is as executive vice president, chief operating officer and a member of the board of Systems Planning and Analysis Inc.
