Retirements Set For Cleco

PINEVILLE, La. (AP) — Cleco Corp. has announced the retirement of two high-ranking officials, and the hiring of a treasurer.

Senior vice president and chief diversity officer Jeff Hall and R. Russell Davis, senior vice president of external relations and information technology, will retire later this year

The Town Talk reports (http://townta.lk/M66erd ) the utility did not give a date for the retirements.

President and CEO Bruce Williamson says Thomas R. Miller will become vice president-treasurer. Miller currently is senior vice president and treasurer of Solar Trust of America and has 30 years of experience, including 11 years at Exelon Corp and experience at ConocoPhillips.

Miller will report to Darren J. Olagues, senior vice president and chief financial officer for Cleco.
