The State of Michigan has officially passed Right To Work laws which will allow people to take jobs there without actually joining a union in a union shop.

Stories out of Michigan have shown clashes between Right to Work proponents and union supporters outside the Michigan statehouse.

In addition, the fiscal cliff continues to show frayed nerves between lawmakers.
