Road Closure On Part Of Timberwood Drive Wednesday

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development will be closing Timberwood Drive at its intersection with Verot School Road this Wednesday.

The closure will be from 6:00 o'clock in the morning Wednesday, September 21 through 9:00 o'clock at night on Thursday, September 22.

To get in and out of the Timberwood Subdivision, drivers will have to use Trailwood Lane off of Artisan Road.

The road closure is needed so that drainage work can be completed in that area. It's all part of the widening project for the Verot School Road.

DOTD says detour routes include:

• Ashy Road
• Tolson Road
• Astisan Road
• Trailwood Lane
