Two drivers who are facing charges for their role in a fatal accident that killed five people in Baton Rouge have turned themselves in. State Police Lt. Doug Cain says warrants were obtained for David Leger of Palmetto and Kelsey Hall. Cain says a road rage incident between the two led to Leger hurtling out of control across the median and into oncoming traffic--hitting a vehicle and killing the 5 people inside, including three kids.
