The New Orleans Saints added a defensive lineman to their practice squad on Thursday.


The 23-year old Laulile, who played his college football at BYU, signed with Indianapolis as an undrafted free agent following the 2018 NFL Draft, before being released by the Colts on September 1.

The 6-foot-4, 301-pound Laulile missed the the 2017 season for academic reasons, but was productive when he was on the field during his time at BYU, totaling 39 tackles, to go along with 6 sacks, combined, during his sophomore and junior seasons.

The 25-year old Hamilton, who played in three games with the New England Patriots in 2016, spent most of last season on the Saints' practice squad.

Hamilton, who played his college football at Ole Miss, was waived by the Saints on September 1, prior to being signed to the practice squad the next day.
