The New Orleans Saints return to action on Sunday night, when they play host to the Dallas Cowboys, in a match-up of NFC squads.

Kickoff time at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome is scheduled for 7:30 pm, and you can hear all the play-by-play action on ESPN 1420, as well as 97.3 The Dawg.

The game marks the first of four the next six that the Saints will play in New Orleans.

New Orleans, who fell to the Carolina Panthers, 27-22, last Sunday, will enter the game at 0-3, while Dallas, who lost to the Atlanta Falcons, 39-28, last week, is currently 2-1.
The Cowboys lead the all-time series between the two franchises, 15-11, although the Saints have won eight of the last nine, including a 49-17 win in 2013.

Offensively, the Saints are averaging 20.0 points-per-game, along with 370.3 total yards, including 294.3 passing yards, and 76.0 rushing yards-per-game.

New Orleans, who will be with the services of quarterback Drew Brees, who missed a game last week, his first in 10 years while with the Saints, is led by running back Mark Ingram, who has rushed for 127 yards and two touchdowns, and receiver Brandin Cooks, who has caught 16 passes for 190 yards.

The Cowboys, offensively, are averaging 25.0 points, 380.7 total yards, 275.3 passing yards, and 105.3 rushing yards a game.

Dallas is paced by quarterback Brandon Weeden, a replacement for the injured Tony Romo, who thrown for 305 yards and a touchdown, running back Joseph Randle, who has rushed for 203 yards and three touchdowns, and tight end Jason Witten, who has caught 21 passes for 181 yards and two scores.

Defensively, the Saints are giving an average of 397.0 yards-per-game, including 271.0 passing yards and 126.0 rushing yards, while the Cowboys are allowing 317.7 total yards, including 229.7 passing yards and 88.0 rushing yards.
