Junior Galette

The New Orleans Saints agreed to a three-year contract with defensive end/outside linebacker Junior Galette, who was set to become an unrestricted free agent next week, on Saturday.

Galette, who collected 22 tackles tackles in 2012, along with a career-high five sacks, will make the move from defensive end to outside linebacker in 2013 in the Saints' new 3-4 scheme.

Galette, who will turn 25-years old on March 27, signed with the Saints as an unrestricted free agent out of Stillman College in 2010, accumulating 43 tackles, and 9.5 sacks, over his three years with the club.

Over that time, Galette has appeared in 32 games, along with two starts.
