The State Attorney General's office has arrested a second person in connection with a financial fraud scheme resulting in more than 300 stolen identities and $5 million in fraud. 64 year old Brenda Milson Taylor of Carencro was arrested Tuesday and charged with racketeering and criminal conspiracy to commit racketeering. She is accused of conspiring with Donald Batiste of Baton Rouge to defraud companies and individuals through his 'credit repair' company. Taylor and Batiste both face up to 75 years in prison.
