Secretary of State Project from George Soros

A plan that was backed by none other than George Soros has mysteriously vanished. Theblaze.com is reporting the story about the Secretary of State Project that raised money to elect that position in states all over the country in an effort to affect the outcome of elections. The idea being that those that control the elections can control the outcome by determining which votes will be counted and which would not.

They haven't been heard from since 2010, but are they gone or are they still around and working behind the scenes?
