Should Louisiana Medicaid recipients be required to work to receive benefits?

U.S. Sen. John Kennedy joined KPEL's Bernadette Lee and Derek Albert on Acadiana's Morning News Wednesday and certainly thinks a work requirement could alleviate some of the state's fiscal concerns.

Kennedy said he has penned a letter that was sent to Gov. John Bel Edwards to ask President Donald Trump to consider the work requirement.
