Sex Education – When Should Kids Be Taught Sex In School?

A story from Fox News' Todd Starnes details a school in Washington State that is under fire for teaching 5th graders about oral and anal sex.  Some parents are furious that it happened, but the Superintendent at the school says that the material comes from "state adopted curriculum."
