Sex Offender Arrested For Failing To Register In Acadia Parish

A sex offender in Acadia Parish has been placed back behind bars. Sheriff K.P. Gibson says 44-year-old Cody Robideau of Crowley failed to register as a sex offender and didn't complete his public notification requirements.

“We are committed to making our communities here in Acadia Parish as safe as possible. We simply ask that sex offenders follow their requirements per law. If they don't then we will charge them accordingly” stated Sheriff Gibson.

Robideau was arrested in Calcasieu Parish and transported back to Acadia. His bond has been set at $20,000.00.
