Sheriff’s Office Continues Search For Suspect

The St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office is still asking for the public's help to solve a robbery that happened Friday night.

Just before 10 o'clock Friday night, deputies were called out to the Dollary General store on Highway 182 after someone reported an armed man robbed the store.

St. Landry Parish Sheriff's officials say the witnesses say they say a black male, possibly about six feet tall fleeing in a maroon colored truck.

They added that the suspect was wearing either a grey bandana or grey mask on his face with all black clothing with the exception of a grey hoodie.

They say the man drove the truck towards Highway 182.
