Should Some Guns and Ammo Be Banned?

There have been some rumblings that the Obama Administration will consider a ban on the sale of ammo online.  That was from a White House spokesperson in response to a bill that is going through the Senate right now that does just that.

In addition, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia said that the possibility of some kinds of guns being regulated by the government was open to consideration.

All of this after the shooting in Colorado that killed 12 and wounded 59 at a midnight showing of "The Dark Knight Rises."
