Shreveport Police Say Child Struck By Patrol Car

SHREVEPORT, La. (AP) — Police in Shreveport say a girl was struck by a police patrol car after running on to a city street.

The accident happened around 7 a.m. Thursday. The girl's age and identity were not available.

She was taken to LSU Medical Center in Shreveport with unknown injuries.
