Sidewalk Parking Laws To Be Enforced In Eunice

Sidewalk parking has been an issue in Eunice for awhile now, and the Eunice City Council and Eunice City Police have had enough.

That's according to our news partners at KATC, who say council members touched on the issue during their meeting earlier this week, noting that vehicles are damaging the sidewalks, specifically on Second Street. Now, there are already two ordinances on the books addressing this, says Mayor Rusty Moody.

Eunice Police say warnings are now being issued and citations will start getting issued next week.
