Small Business Development To Offer Help To Vets

Erica Fontenot with the Small Business Development Center joined "Mornings With Ken & Bernie" today to talk about a November 9th seminar that is free and just for veterans.

The Louisiana Small Busineess Development Center at UL Lafayette will be sponsoring the "Business and Beyond: Opportunities for Veterans" program on Wednesday, November 9th, 2001 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the South Regional Library at 6101 Johnston Street.

Fontenot says both active members of the military and military veterans are encourage to register to attend the free workshop on what business options exist before, during and after active duty.  She says there will be opportunities to address questions from attendees, so anyone with a small business or going into business are welcome to address concerns.
