Smoke Free Bill Advances

A senate committee advances a bill aimed at expanding the Louisiana Smoke Free Air Act to ban smoking in bars where food is served.Livonia Senator Rob Marrioneaux says he wants to offer bar employees the same smoke-free air in their indoor work environment as others now enjoy. He says his bill only affects smoking in the bar.
