So Is The World Ending or Not?

The story has come out that more Mayan ruins have been found that might just pour cold water on the end of the world predictions.  The ancient astronomy workshop has sketches on the wall that predict phases of the moon for up to 6,700 years, which would take us well beyond the predicted end date of December 21st of this year.
