St. Landry Murder/Suicide Update

Newstalk 96.5 KPEL has an update on a murder an suicide in St. Landry Parish.

Details are still coming in, but so far Sheriff Bobby Guidroz as confirmed a woman died at the scene of the shooting while the gunman died enroute to a local hospital.  The relationship between the pair is still unknown.  The woman got out of the car on LA 103 and was apparently shot by the man who then shot himself.  There were a number of witnesses to the incident and the investigation continues.  Stay tuned to Newstalk 96.5 KPEL for the latest.
