Keith E. Talley, age 39, 3426 Hwy. 35, Opelousas, LA, simple battery involving domestic violence, aggravated assault, simple assault.

Lee A. Covington, VI, age 35, 824 Hwy. 741, Arnaudville, LA, illegal possession of stolen things.

Jorge A. Escobedo, age 34, 5180 LA. 182, Opelousas, LA, driving while intoxicated – 1st offense, unlicensed driver, open container.  Arrested by Louisiana State Police.

John Seth Barron, age 33, 120 Dahlia Lane, Opelousas, LA, violation of protective orders.

Kevin Allen Broussard, age 49, 261 Mila Rd., Port Barre, LA, child endangerment, negligent injuring, driving under suspension, open container, flight from an officer, no lights when required, improper lane usage, driving while intoxicated-2nd offense, simple battery involving domestic violence.

Tracy M. Compton, age 42, 1524 Hwy. St., Lake Charles, LA, bench warrant, resisting an officer by false information, open container, driving under suspension, headlamp violation, switched license plates, failure to secure registration.  Arrested by Louisiana State Police.

Michael Brent Fontenot, age 44, 210 Country Ridge Rd., Opelousas, LA, domestic abuse battery by strangulation, simple battery.
