Jon Quinilty Daubin, age 22, 182 Dogwood, Chataignier, LA, driving while intoxicated – 1st offense, improper lane usage, expired M.V.I., driving under suspension.  Arrested by Louisiana State Police.

Richard J. Birotte, age 50, 185 Cimmaron Drive, Opelousas, LA, simple battery, 2 counts of simple assault.

Nicholas Paul Vigee, age 30, 451 Eula St., Eunice, LA, 8 counts of illegal possession of stolen firearm, 2 counts of theft by fraud.  Arrested by Louisiana Dept of  Corrections.

Jay Harold Barnwell, age 44, 822 Hwy. 13, Eunice, LA, simple battery involving domestic violence, resisting an officer.
