More money woes for the St. Landry parish school system, as expenses totaling 240-thousand dollars usually paid for by state or federal money, was not put in the budget this year.

The money was not budgeted for summer school fourth and eight graders who fail the LEAP test needed to advace to the next grade.  The interim superintendent says this is just another example of the need for the school board to approve cost-cutting measured tabled three time since last year.
