The following is a list of the people who were booked into the St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office for Tuesday, October 4, 2016:

Martha C. Grice, age 46, 145 Richard Rd., Opelousas, LA, aggravated assault with a firearm.

Jermarcus Leon McLendon, age 29, 1702 Parkview Dr., Opelousas, LA, 2nd degree battery.

Marquise Antwone Jackson, age 33, 3 counts of simple battery.

Melvin Columbus Vaughns, Jr., age 22, disturbing the peace, aggravated assault, battery on a police officer, 2 counts of criminal trespass, flight from an officer.  Arrested by Melville Police Dept.

Larry James Prudhomme, age 24, driving while intoxicated – 2nd offense, careless operation of a motor vehicle, no driver’s license/cancelled, open container, aggravated assault/firearm.  Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
