Marvin Smith, age 50, 2985 West Atchafalaya Levee Rd., Krotz Springs, LA, issuing worthless checks.

Ricky James Shepherd, age 36, 508 Martinez, Church Point, LA, simple burglary, criminal trespass, theft.

Darez L. Tezeno, age 29, 402 Belleridge Rd., Opelousas, LA, simple battery.  Arrested by Washington Police Dept.
