Debra Jean Norris, age 57, 2314 Kaliste Saloom Rd., Apt. 605, Lafayette, LA, theft.  Arrested by Louisiana State Police.

Rocky J. Bourque, age 30, 17110 Killdeer Private Rd., Rayne, La, domestic abuse battery, child endangerment battery on impregnated “twins”, illegal discharge of a firearm, 3 counts of resisting an officer by force.

Edgar Joseph Taylor, age 50, 149 Live Oak Rd., Arnaudville, La, entry or remaining after forbidden, disturbing the peace, possession of marijuana, simple battery.

Keenan Ray Freeman, age 37, 313 Richard Rd., Opelousas, LA, domestic abuse battery.
