St. Martin Authorities Arrest Metairie Man On Marijuana Charges

32-year-old Brandon Roy of Metairie now sits in the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center after deputies say a tip led to him being arrested at a home in Breaux Bridge.

St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Spokesperson Major Ginny Higgins says high grade marijuana along with drug paraphernalia was found by agents Thursday morning at the home in the 1000 block of Sosthene Guilbeau Road.

Roy was arrested on the following charges:

• Active Felony Arrest Warrant for Possession of Schedule I CDS Marijuana 3rd Offense
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
• Possession of Schedule I CDS Marijuana 3rd Offense
