St. Martin Deputies Searching For Convenience Store Armed Robbery Suspect
ST. MARTINVILLE, La. (KPEL) -- St. Martin Parish deputies are continuing to investigate the May 9 armed robbery of a convenience store.
Maj. Ginny Higgins with the sheriff's office said a white male walked into the Chevron Food-N-Fun Store on Old Spanish Trail Hwy. that night and demanded cash from the safe.
The suspect is described as a five-foot-two white male, weighing about 150 pounds, Higgins said. He was last scene wearing blue jeans, a black hoodie, and a "dark colored cloth type mask covering his facial area," Higgins said.
It's believed the suspect left the scene in a green Ford Explorer, Higgins said.
