St. Martin Parish Obscenity Arrest At Welcome Center

St. Martin Parish deputies responded to a 911 call at approximately 3:45 this morning originating from the Butte LaRose Welcome Center. It was reported that a naked man was wandering around the Welcome Center. By the time deputies arrived there was no sign of the man. At 1:00 this afternoon deputies received another call from the Welcome Center and this time 23 year old Parker Madison of Plano,Texas was found in a stall in the men's bathroom. Madison was arrested and charged with two counts of obscenity.
