St. Martinville Man Accused Of Raping Five Children

A disturbing story out of St. Martinville. A man there has been arrested, accused of raping five kids. Major Ginny Higgins with the Sheriff's Office says their office started an investigation last week after they received a complaint about two of those kids. Through the course of the investigation, she says three more children came forward, saying they were abused by the man. Robbie Frith is in the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center, charged with four counts of aggravated incest and one count of aggravated rape.
