St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Narcotics Agents arrest a St. Martinville man after searching his home Tuesday.

Officers went to 35-year-old Codie James' St. Ann Street home, and they say they recovered a significant amount of drugs including crack and methampetamine.

James was arrested on the following charges:

Possession with the Intent to Distribute Schedule I CDS (Marijuana)
Possession with the Intent to Distribute Schedule I CDS (Synthetic Cannabinoids)
Distribution of Schedule II CDS (Crack Cocaine)
Possession with the Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine)
Possession with the Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS (Crack Cocaine)
Possession with the Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS (Amphetamine)
Possession with the Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS (Hydrocodone)
Possession with the Intent to Distribute Drug Paraphernalia

Agents say the drugs were worth about $20,000, and they found a significant amount of money at James' home.

The man was booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center, and his bond was set at $225,000.
