St. Martinville Teen Arrested For Theft Friday

St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office investigators arrested a St. Martinville teenager for stealing from an elderly subject.

Spokesperson Ginny Higgins reported that deputies arrested 19-year-old Pierre Couvillier, of St. Martinville, this afternoon as a result of a theft investigation.

Following his arrest, he was booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center for principle to theft over $750. His bond was set at $750.
