St. Mary Man Arrested For Allegedly Exposing Himself In Wal-Mart

A man is accused of exposing himself in a Walmart. St. Mary Parish authorities say security told them Napolian Webb threw a washcloth he had taken from the store under a shelf. Webb faces obscenity and theft charges.
