St. Mary Parish Homicide Suspect Surrenders

St. Mary Parish Detectives investigating the shooting death of Ronald Chillis Jr. identified the shooter as 24 year old Anthony Jamal Loston and obtained a warrant for his arrest. At approximately 11:00am today Loston turned himself in to the Jeanerette City Marshal. Loston was booked into the St. Mary Parish Correctional Center on a charge of principal to second degree murder. No bail has been set and the investigation is ongoing.
