St. Mary Parish Man Arrested After Search Of His Home

Narcotics detectives with St. Mary Parish went to a Garden City home yesterday afternoon to investigate after they received a complaint of possible drug activity.

Deputies say 36-year-old Allen Guillotte Jr. gave them permission to search his home.

Investigators say they found drugs along with drug paraphernalia.

Guillote was arrested on the following charges:

• Possession of marijuana
• Possesion of Schedule IV (Xanax)
• Possession of Schedule IV (Clonazapam)

Guillot was taken tot he parish jail for the booking process.
