St. Mary Parish Sex Offender Busted For Not Registering

Sex offenders in Louisiana are required to register with the state of Louisiana, and when they do not, then authorities go looking for them.

St. Mary Parish Sheriff's deputies have arrested 47-year-old Marlin D. Webster of 409 Hamilton Street in Franklin for failure to register as a sex offender.

A deputy located Webster on Willow Street in Franklin and he was arrested on the outstanding warrant.

Webster was booked into the St. Mary Parish jail, but no bond has been set for him yet.
