St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Arrest Report

3 people were arrested over the last 24-hour reporting period by the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office. Deputies say they responded to 35 complaints.

Glenn Womack , 50, 611 Seventy Nine Pines Lane, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on February 1, 2016 at 9:32 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. A deputy located Womack at his residence on the warrant and transported him to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $48,535.48.

Vincent Thomas, Jr. , 22, 106 Mount Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on February 1, 2016 at 5:44 pm for the following offenses:
- Warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of marijuana 3rd offense, operating a vehicle with a suspended license, improper turn/failure to give required signal
- 7 Morgan City Court warrants for failure to appear on 3 charges of contempt of court and charges of possession of synthetic cannabinoids, resisting an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of stolen things
A deputy working in the Amelia area made contact with Thomas and located the active warrants for his arrest. Thomas was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Shane Scott , 32, 1201 Spruce Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on February 1, 2016 at 9:45 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended license. During booking at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center a correctional officer located the active warrant for Scott. No bail is set.
