Both subjects were released after posting $3,500 bonds.

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment and was released from the medical facility. Mouton, Drexler, Anderson, and Darby remain incarcerated with no bond set.

Joshua D. Dimaggio, 18, 1803 Rose Street Lot 2, Berwick, LA was arrested on June 8, 2016 at 7:30 pm for simple assault. A deputy responded to a complaint of a battery that occurred at a residence in Bayou Vista. During the investigation, the deputy collected evidence that Dimaggio verbally and physically threatened a male subject during an altercation between the two. Dimaggio was transported to the parish jail for booking and later released on a $250 bond.
