Lucinda Stansbury, 33, 131 Hebert Road, Lafayette, LA was arrested on July 11, 2016 at 7:40 am on a warrant for aggravated battery (domestic violence) and disturbing the peace. A deputy investigating a December 2014 complaint of a disturbance at a gas station on Highway 90 in the Patterson made contact with Stansbury and a male subject. The deputy gathered evidence that Stansbury and the male subject were involved in an argument when Stansbury sprayed gasoline on the male victim. Stansbury turned herself in at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office in Franklin. She was released on a $5,000 bond.

Larry Alexander, 53, 4605 Donna Drive New Iberia, LA was arrested on July 11, 2016 at 11:25 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. A deputy located Alexander at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse in Franklin on the warrant and transported him to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $100,950.82.

Sherry Garvey, 38, 303 Chennault Street Morgan City, LA was arrested on July 11, 2016 at 1:03 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of speeding, direct contempt of court, and failure to honor written promise to appear. During booking at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center, a correctional officer located the active warrant for her arrest. Bail is set at $349.50.

Arthur D. Jack, 21, 152 Mary Garrett Road Baldwin, LA was arrested on July 11, 2016 at 1:41 pm on the following warrants:
Warrant for failure to appear on the charge of resisting an officer by providing false information
Warrant for failure to appear on the charge of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles
Warrant for failure to appear on the charges of criminal damage to property and criminal mischief
A deputy developed information regarding the whereabouts of Jack and located him on Big Four Corners Road in Jeanerette on the warrants. Jack was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Edith J. Berrow, 48, 156 Rita Court Gibson, LA was arrested on July 11, 2016 at 1:41 pm on a warrant for monetary instrument abuse. A detective investigating a complaint received in early June, found evidence that Berrow cashed a fraudulent check for over $1,900 at a business in Amelia. The detective positively identified Berrow as the subject who cashed the fake check and obtained a warrant for her arrest. A correctional officer transported Berrow from the Terrebonne Parish jail on the warrant. Berrow was booked into the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. No bail is set.

Angelic Hines, 31, 1150 Highway 318 Four Corners, LA was arrested on July 11, 2016 at 3:09 pm on a warrant for aggravated battery and aggravated assault. A deputy investigating a March 2016 complaint of a disturbance at a residence on Big Four Corners Road received information that Hines struck a female victim in the head with a baseball bat and made verbal threats on her life. A warrant was issued for Hines arrest. Hines turned herself in at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office in Franklin. She was transported to the parish jail for booking. Hines was released on a $5,000 bond.
Payton Bailey, 20, 3308 Lake Palourde Road Amelia, LA was arrested on July 12, 2016 at 5:31 am for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A deputy responded to a report of a vehicle parked on the shoulder of Highway 90 in the Amelia area with an open driver's side door. The deputy located the vehicle and observed a female subject slouched over in the driver's seat. After advising dispatch to have Acadian Ambulance en route, the deputy made contact with the sole occupant, identified as Bailey. During the course of the investigation, the deputy located a cigar package containing marijuana and a cigar. Bailey was released on a summons to appear in court on October 17, 2016.
