15 names appear on the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office arrest report. Deputies say they investigated 39 complaints over the latest 24-hour reporting period.

Ian Armond, 31, 264 Vivian Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on July 12, 2016 at 10:40 am on 2 warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the drug court treatment program. Armond was brought to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center by a prison transport service. A correctional officer confirmed the active warrants for his arrest and booked him into jail. Bail is set at $200,000.

Jermoud Watts, 26, Morgan City, LA was additionally charged with obscenity on July 12, 2016 at 2:42 pm. Correctional officers investigating a complaint located evidence that inmate Watts exposed his genitals to a member of the facility's medical staff with the intent of arousing sexual desire. Watts remains incarcerated with no bond set.

Michael Williams, Jr., 24, 818 MacArthur Drive, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on July 12, 2016 at 3:07 pm on a warrant for failure to appear in the charge angling without a license. A deputy made contact with Williams while conducting a traffic stop on Highway 90 in the Jeanerette area and located the active warrant for his arrest. Williams was transported to the parish jail for booking. He was later released on a $100 bond.

Richard C. Robertson, 57, 4647 Maurey Road, Jackson, MS was arrested on July 12, 2016 at 4:50 pm for reckless operation of a vehicle and maximum speed limit. A deputy responded to complaints of a reckless driver on Highway 90 in the Jeanerette area. The deputy located the suspect vehicle and observed the SUV traveling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was recorded going 79 miles per hour in a posted 70 miles per hour zone as the driver approached a marked construction zone. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, identified as Robertson. After speaking with Robertson, a complainant, and a witness to the incident, the deputy found evidence that Robertson was operating the vehicle recklessly nearly causing a crash and tailgating another vehicle. Following the investigation, Robertson was released on a summons to appear in court on October 17, 2016.

Marcelain McGoff, 19, 3868 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, LA was arrested on July 12, 2016 at 7:36 pm on a warrant for domestic abuse battery. A deputy conducting an investigation into a complaint of a disturbance that occurred at a residence in the Franklin area collected evidence that McGoff grabbed a female victim by the arms and pushed her during an argument. McGoff turned himself in at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond.

Brandi Hebert, 36, 101 Southwest Road Lot #2, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on July 13, 2016 at 1:10 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal mischief. A deputy responding to a separate complaint made contact with Hebert and located the active warrant for her arrest. Hebert was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Brontre L. Druilhet , 25, 505 Railroad Avenue, Baldwin, LA was arrested on July 12, 2016 at 11:10 am on 2 warrants for distribution of cocaine. A Narcotics Division detective located Druilhet at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse in Franklin. Druilhet is listed as one of the suspects with outstanding warrants in the Spring Cleaning operation announced in March 2016 (see March 16th release). The warrants for his arrest and other suspects were obtained following long term undercover investigations led by the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division with the assistance of other law enforcement agencies in the region. The undercover operations targeted mid to low level drug dealers. Druilhet was transported to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $50,000.
