7 names appear on the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Arrest Report. Deputies responded to 32 complaints over the last 24-hour reporting period.

Kenneth Robertson, 31, 2012 Patricia Ann Street, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on August 15, 2016 at 9:20 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Robertson was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center by the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office on the warrant. Bail is set at $12,025.

Frederick Mosely, 43, 120 Bernard Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on August 15, 2016 at 9:44 am on a warrant for issuing worthless checks. A deputy located Mosely at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse in Franklin. Mosely was released on a summons to appear in court on November 21, 2016.

Therold James, 32, Bayou Vista, LA was additionally charged with criminal damage to property and public intimidation on August 16, 2016 at 1:57 am.

Claude Charlot, III, 23, Patterson, LA was additionally charged with criminal damage to property on August 16, 2016 at 1:57 am

Dion Maize, 24, Morgan City, LA was additionally charged with criminal damage to property on August 16, 2016 at 1:57 am.

A correctional officer at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center observed inmates James, Charlot, and Maize causing damage to the windows in their cells. Correctional officers responded and relocated the inmates to another area of the facility. While being removed from a cell, inmate James made threats against a correctional officers’ life. All three suspects remain incarcerated.

Willie Landry, Jr., 40, 216 Lake Dauterive Road, Loreauville, LA was arrested on August 15, 2016 at 3:32 pm for the following offenses:

  • Warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family
  • Possession of Schedule II (methamphetamine)
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Violation of a uniform controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone)
  • Possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor
  • Entering contraband into a penal institution

While patrolling the school zone on Senette Street in Centerville, the deputy observed a vehicle commit an infraction and conducted a traffic stop. The vehicle stopped at the Centerville Post Office where the deputy made contact with the occupants including a passenger identified as Landry. While speaking with Landry, the deputy located an active warrant for his arrest. Landry was transported to the parish jail for booking. During the booking process, a glass pipe and small bag of methamphetamine was located on Landry’s person. No bail is set.

Damon Guy, 24, 513 Martin Luther King Avenue, Patterson, LA was arrested on August 15, 2016 at 7:40 pm on 2 warrants for failure to appear on the charge of speeding. A deputy observed a vehicle and two male subjects parked on the shoulder of US Highway 90 in Amelia and stopped to assist them. The deputy made contact with the driver, Guy, and located the 2 active warrants for his arrest. Guy was transported to the parish jail for booking. Guy was released on a $500 bond.
