St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Arrest Report

Roderick V. Dominick , 40, 1122 Highway 83, Ashton, LA was arrested on September 30, 2015 at 6:57 am on a warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. A deputy received information regarding the whereabouts of Dominick who held the active warrants for his arrest. The deputy, with the assistance of Chitimacha Tribal Police, located Dominick at a residence on Martin Luther King Road in Charenton. He was transported to the parish jail. No bail is set.

Mary Griffin , 46, 1370 Joseph Street, Siracusa, LA was arrested on September 30, 2015 at 8:59 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of disturbing the peace (intoxicated). A deputy responding to a separate call made contact with Griffin and located the active warrant for her arrest. The deputy released Griffin on a summons to appear in court on December 7, 2015.

Christina A. Breaux , 22, 113 Diane Lane, Patterson, LA was arrested on September 30, 2015 at 11:34 am on a warrant for failure to appear for a drug court status conference. A deputy located Breaux at her residence on the warrant. Bail is set at $100,000.

Clement Mire , 33, 714 Julia Street, Amelia, LA was arrested on September 30, 2015 at 12:25 pm on a Terrebonne Parish warrant for simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling. A detective received information that Mire, who held an active warrant for the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office, was living at a Julia Street address and located him there. Bail is set at $50,000.

Yolanda Baker , 40, 702 Scottie Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on September 30, 2015 at 3:14 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for a drug court status conference. Baker turned herself in at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in Franklin. Bail is set at $100,000.

Burkin Dupre , 29, 1503 Cross Road #2 Lot #2, Bayou Vista, LA was additionally charged on a warrant for issuing worthless checks on September 30, 2015 at 4:12 pm. While incarcerated on other charges at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center, a jailer located the active warrant. No bail is set.

David Brown , 38, 103 Todd Lane, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on September 30, 2015 at 6:58 pm on two warrants for the Brusly Police Department on the charges of speeding, tail lights required, driving under suspension, no insurance, expired license plate and open container of an alcoholic beverage in motor vehicles. A deputy located Brown at his residence on the warrants. Bail is set at $1,648.
