St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Arrest Report

Ezra Lewis, 26, 3467 Third Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on January 7, 2017 at 11 :08 am for operating a vehicle with a suspended driver's license and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended driver's license and speeding. On January 6, 2017, a deputy was dispatched to a single vehicle crash with injuries on Highway 90 in the Siracusaville area. The deputy spoke with the driver who was identified as Lewis. Lewis and a passenger were transported to an area hospital for treatment. During the deputy's investigation into the crash, it was found that Lewis was operating the vehicle with a suspended driver's license. The deputy also located an active warrant for Lewis' arrest. Lewis was located at his residence and transported to the parish jail for booking. He was released on a $1,750 bond.

Mykella L. Johnson, 30, 1356 Joseph Street, Siracusa, LA was arrested on January 7, 2017 at 11:38 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of alprazolam, possession of Schedule I drugs, and obstruction of a highway. A deputy responded to a request to remove a subject from a business on Highway 90 in Bayou Vista. The deputy made contact with the subject and identified her as Johnson. While speaking with Johnson, the deputy located an active warrant for her arrest. Johnson was transported to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $15,000.

Adasia Livingston, 25, 721 Breaux Alley, New Iberia, LA was arrested on January 6, 2017 at 9:43 am on a warrant for criminal damage to property. A deputy assigned to the Warrants Section located Livingston at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office in Franklin. The warrant was issued following an investigation into a complaint of property damage in November. The deputy collected evidence that Livingston threw a pot at the victim's car causing damage to it. Livingston was released on a summons to appear in court on April 5, 2017.
