7 names appear on the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office arrest report. Deputies say they investigated 33 complaints over the last 24-hour reporting period.

William Lapoint, 30, 1615 Federal Avenue, Morgan City, LA was arrested on February 2, 2017 at 3:14 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for motion for judgement debtor rule. A deputy located Lapoint at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse in Franklin. Lapoint was released on a summons to appear in court on March 17, 2017.

 

Steven Williamson, 33, 126 Riverview Drive, Patterson, LA was arrested on February 2, 2017 at 4:47 pm for stop lamps required, possession of marijuana, second offense, and no insurance. A deputy patrolling Baldwin observed a vehicle traveling on Highway 182 with a brake light that was not functioning. The deputy made a traffic stop on Main Street and spoke with the driver who was identified as Williamson. The deputy found that Williamson was driving the vehicle without insurance. During the traffic stop investigation, the deputy received consent to search the pick-up truck and found 2 partially burnt marijuana cigarettes. Williamson was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail is set.

 

Anna V. Concienne, 33, 421 Clements Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on February 2, 2017 at 8:37 am on a warrant for criminal trespass and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.

 

Tessa Verret, 18, 421 Clements Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on February 2, 2017 at 8:37 am on a warrant for disturbing the peace (fighting) and criminal trespass.

 

A deputy located Concienne and Verret at their residence on the warrants. The warrant for Concienne was issued following an investigation into a report of an unauthorized entry of a residence in Ricohoc. The deputy assigned to investigate the incident found evidence that Concienne entered onto private property and went into a home without the resident’s permission. The warrant for Verret was obtained following a separate investigation into a report of a battery that took place off Zenor Road in Patterson. The deputy found evidence that Verret entered onto property without the owner’s permission and took part in a fight involving several other subjects. Concienne and Verret were transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail is set for Concienne. Verret was released on a summons to appear in court on May 10, 2017.

 

Jacolbi Francois, 19, 417 Garber Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on February 2, 2017 at 7:13 pm on a Morgan City Police Department warrant for (felony) carnal knowledge of a juvenile. Francois turned himself in on the warrant at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. Bail is set at $50,000.

 

Raymond Comeaux, 45, 1018 West Third Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on February 2, 2017 at 9:22 pm for possession of codeine and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, possession of drug paraphernalia, third offense, illegal possession of stolen things, and resisting an officer. A deputy was contacted by the Franklin City Marshall’s Office who detained Comeaux on the warrant. Marshalls located a prescription bottle on Comeaux. During the arrest, the deputy found that the bottle contained codeine and was not prescribed to Comeaux. The deputy transported Comeaux to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. No bail is set.

 

John Alcina, Jr., 32, 706 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Patterson, LA was arrested on February 3, 2017 at 4:27 am on a warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. A deputy located Alcina at his residence on the warrants and transported him to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail is set at $200,000.
