6 names appear on the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office arrest report, which covers the last 24-hour reporting period. Deputies say they investigated 33 complaints.

 

Jeremy Troy Rideaux, 29, 504 6th St, Franklin LA, was arrested on February 8, 2017 at 1:44pm for warrants for failing to notify law enforcement of change of address and failure to obtain a special identification card (sex offender). A deputy patrolling the area of Franklin located Rideaux on MLK and 3rd St. Rideaux was arrested and transported to the jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

Quincy Coleman, 25, 2555 Finch St, Baton Rouge LA, was arrested on February 8, 2017 at 6:29pm on a warrant for failing to appear to court on charges of speeding. Coleman was transported from the East Baton Rouge Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville. He was released after posting a bond of $329.50.

 

Jovan Mosely, 36, 6110 North Bayou Black Dr, Gibson LA, was arrested on February 8, 2017 at 7:15pm on the following:

  • A warrant for failing to appear to court on charges of possession with intent to distribute a schedule IV controlled dangerous substance (alprazolam), possession with intent to distribute a schedule II controlled dangerous substance (cocaine), possession with intent to distribute a schedule I controlled dangerous substance
  • A warrant on charges of driving left of center, reckless operation of a vehicle, driving under suspension, and resisting an officer.

 

Mosely turned himself in to the Law Enforcement Center in Centerville and was arrested. No bail is set.

 

Chaz Rebardi, 22, 140 Mill Rd Lot#51, Patterson LA, was arrested on February 8, 2017 at 7:57pm for a warrant on the charge of hit and run. Rebardi was located at the Morgan City Police Department and was arrested. He was later released on a summons to appear to court on May 10, 2017.

 

The warrant stems from an investigation concerning a vehicle pursuit on February 5, 2017. Deputies learned that the Rebardi crashed into another vehicle on the highway while fleeing from police.

Bridget Dierra Deshelle Jackson, 25, 124 Welch Ln, Franklin LA, was arrested on February 8, 2017 at 4:19am on charges of Improper lane usage, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of diazepam with the intent to distribute, possession of promethazine with the intent to distribute and possession of a legend drug (Clonidine) with intent to distribute.

Ylizabeth Joi Jackson, 21, 403 Robinson St, Franklin LA, was arrested on February 8, 2017 at 4:34am on charges of possession of diazepam with the intent to distribute, possession of promethazine with the intent to distribute and possession of a legend drug (Clonidine) with intent to distribute.

 

Deputies assigned to patrol the Franklin area observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation. Deputies initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, Bridget Jackson, and passenger Ylizabeth Jackson. A search of the vehicle ensued and deputies located a marijuana grinder, marijuana, diazepam, promethazine, and legend drug clonidine. No bail has been set for either individual.
