Phillip Aucoin, 45, 103 Guzzetta Drive, Berwick, LA was arrested on December 16, 2015 at 9:00 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of simple battery. A deputy was advised by the Berwick Police Department that a subject with an active warrant for the Sheriff's Office was at the Berwick Police station. A deputy made contact with Aucoin and transported him to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $5,000.
